Domestic Heavy-Duty Industrial Robot Sets New Load Record
Recently, domestic intelligent equipment firm Starway Intelligent launched a new generation of heavy-duty industrial robots, with the maximum load exceeding 3.8 tons. It is mainly applied in large component assembly and heavy logistics handling scenarios.
Adopting integrated joints and a distributed control system, the robot achieves a repetitive positioning accuracy of ±0.05mm and supports multi-machine collaborative operation. Officials from the company stated that the product has passed third-party reliability tests and will be mass-delivered to automotive manufacturing, ship engineering, energy equipment and other fields, helping high-end manufacturing reduce costs and improve efficiency.
